Step Sisters: Women Who Walk Interest Group

God made us to be whole people. As women, we give a lot of ourselves to others and often neglect our own needs. We need connection with one another, we need time to make ourselves a priority. We need a place to have spiritual conversations with other women in the Church and we need to move our bodies. When we are healthier, everyone in our lives benefits from it. So come join us as we go for a walk and talk with other women at Freedom! Let’s get our steps in as we build relationships with other women at Freedom Church. Taking steps toward being a healthier, happier, whole person is more fun when we get to do it together! This event is for women only.
Sneakers & Strollers Interest Group

Location: Silver Creek Neighborhood, Mt. Sterling, KY
If you’re up for a family friendly walk with some great people from Freedom, this is your chance. From the youngest to the not as young, we’ll spend 45 mins walking in neighborhoods in Mt. Sterling, and kids can ride their bikes or be pushed in a stroller so we all get there together. Join us 6-7pm on Sunday nights.
